Description

An elegant set for special occasions, consisting of a sheath dress and an exclusive light milky-colored jacket, created without using a single piece of fabric, through unique openwork embroidery made with a special авторська (signature) technique in the Richelieu style.

The embroidery ornament is enriched with stylized floral and plant motifs in the Ukrainian ethno style. Such patterns are characteristic of 17th–18th century embroidery and are known as Cossack gloss (kozatska hlyad’). The designer successfully combined modern technologies with ancient ornaments to give the piece a contemporary feel in line with current fashion trends.
