Vyshyvanka Dress and Shirt for a Couple, Slobozhanshchyna

Stylish couple’s vyshyvankas from the “Preserved Heritage” collection, created based on traditional Ukrainian embroidered ornaments of the Slobozhanshchyna region from the 19th century. In this design, the designer embodied the most expressive features of national embroidery art: a stylized Tree of Life traditionally placed at the back of the sleeve, seam decoration with two-color embroidery, and the floral-geometric character of the ornament.

The dress is made of natural cotton fabric in a milky shade and adorned with cotton embroidery combining dark blue and red colors, following the traditions of 19th-century Slobozhanshchyna Ukrainian embroidery.

The men’s vyshyvanka shirt features a modern cut with a semi-fitted silhouette. It has a concealed button fastening with a placket decorated with embroidered ornamentation.
