Wedding Dress "Daryna" With a Red Belt

Elegant wedding dress of original design inspired by Ukrainian traditions. The outfit consists of a basic white strappy dress and a sheer embroidered cape with an embroidered belt. The dress is decorated with classic embroidery inspired by the famous Krolevets towels. Since ancient times, brides were tied with a wedding towel as a symbol of purity and innocence. Traditionally, the wedding towel was red, featuring the image of the family tree. Such traditions were characteristic of the central regions of Ukraine and the entire Left Bank area.

The dress features a decorative embroidered belt that reminds us of ancient traditions. The embroidery ornament consists of geometric and stylized floral motifs. The family tree symbolizes the strength of family bonds, while two birds represent eternal love and the preservation of the family line.
