Description

A luxurious wedding dress in the style of a vyshyvanka, of the author's design, inspired by the Ukrainian traditions of Slobozhanshchyna. The outfit consists of a basic white strappy dress and a sheer embroidered cape with an embroidered belt styled as a traditional towel.

The dress is decorated with embroidery using Ukrainian ornaments inspired by the famous Krolevets towels from the Sumy region. The embroidery pattern consists of geometric and stylized plant motifs called the "Family Tree," symbolizing the strength of family ties and respect for family traditions. Two stylized birds represent eternal love and mutual understanding.

Since ancient times, following tradition, the bride was tied with a wedding towel as a sign of purity and innocence. This tradition was characteristic of wedding ceremonies in the central regions of Ukraine and the Left Bank of Ukraine. The dress is a luxurious and sophisticated outfit for weddings and weddings as a sign of respect for tradition
